Information you submit must be accurate, current, and complete. You authorize us and our partner network to use this information to prepare insurance quotes and contact you about insurance products and services.
4. Phone Calls, Texts, and Recording
By providing your phone number or calling 800-555-0199, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including those placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice — from us and our partner network at the number provided, for the purpose of marketing insurance products. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Calls to and from Auto Savings Help Center may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance.

5. No Guaranteed Savings
Any savings figures referenced on the site or by our agents (including average, typical, or example amounts) are illustrative only. Actual savings, rates, and discount eligibility vary based on the driver, vehicle, location, coverage, credit, insurer underwriting, and other factors. We do not guarantee that you will save money or qualify for any specific discount.
6. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services or underlying systems.
- Use the Services to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Novaura, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novauraand its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
